The relationship between Marx and German classical philosophy has always been a crucial issue. However, for various reasons, the research on one of the representatives Kant and Marx relationship with political philosophy exists vulnerable spots during a long time. And this is largely related with the academia have not given enough attention to research of relationship between the political philosophy of Kant and Marx which in the perspective of political and moral relations. It can be considered that the lack of research on this aspect, which is not only an obstacle to the completely understanding of the relationship between Marx and German classical philosophy, but also in Marx’s political philosophy and its formation and development process. What’s more, it also has an impact on the overall study of Marx’s thoughts. In addition, the comparative study of the political and moral relations in Kant’s and Marx’s political philosophy is also for people to get rid of the "political philosophy dilemma" from the background of modernization and globalization, and it provides a useful inspiration as well.The paper consists of five interrelated components. The first part:Based on the study of the contemporary "political philosophy dilemma", the text clarifies the importance of the comparative study about Kant’s and Marx’s political philosophy, which is breaking the closed mode on the relationship between politics and morality and putting it into realistic social relation to get rid of political and moral dilemma. The second part:Through the comparison of the foundation about Kant’s and Marx’s political philosophy, that comes into being the thoughts:Kant’s political philosophy depends on the transcendental moral philosophy, whereas Marx’s political philosophy is based on the critique of purity of Kant’s political philosophy which is creatively involved transformation of the "practice ontology", and puts political and moral relations into realistic human’s practice. The third part: Through the comparison of the logical thoughts of political and moral relations in Kant’s and Marx’s political philosophy, it is that pointed out Kant’s political philosophy made the "form" the relationship of political and moral. While in the process of criticizing the faults of Kant’s political philosophy, Marx achieves the transformation of "the problem", that is to hold tightly the relationship between morality and realities of capitalism, thus find the practical origin of political and moral dilemmas. The fourth part:Through the comparison of the relationship of political and moral valuable pursuit in Kant’s and Marx’s political philosophy, it is to say that Kant’s political philosophy with the use of the mystery of "teleology" and in order to achieve perpetual. Base on the scientific analysis of social basic contradiction, Marx criticizes the utopia theory of Kant’s political philosophy from perspective of historical dialectics and puts on the political and moral dilemma as the final results of social basic contradiction. The fifth part:Explain the meaning of the contemporary political philosophy "dilemma" in Kant’s and Marx’s political philosophy, which is guided by the historical dialectic, and based on the social reality and practice, it is in order to understand and handle the relationship between politics and morality.
