The Research Of Social Credit System From Social Governance Perspective

The Third Plenary Session of the 18th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China made a scientific and comprehensive exposition about the reform in China, and proposed to establish a new system of governance. In social governance system, social credit system is one of the important components. With the development of the society, the economy market appeared some new problems and contradictions. There some influences on transaction because lacking of effective credit information. According to the current situation, we should build a scientific and standardized credit system in the process of social governance in our country.This thesis which based on study theory combines the method and practice. By taking the advanced management methods of other countries as lessons, the thesis try to summarizes the path of establishing credit system in China. Meanwhile, this paper collects some information about Rongcheng in process of establishing credit system in order to put forward countermeasures from the experiences and defects of credit system construction.First of all, this paper briefly describes the concepts about social governance, social credit system, and so on. Then, the thesis elaborates the role and significance of social credit system in our governance.In the next part, thesis analyses the status and achievement of our social governance. Based on current analysis in Rongcheng, the paper points out five problems about establishing social credit system, for instance, legal system construction is not perfect and market competitive forces is not strong etc. After that, the thesis analyses the cause of those problems.Finally, from the perspective of social governance, the article explores the path of the establishment of social credit system. And then, come up with strategies for solving problems and promote the modernization of social governance.
