Research On Status,Problems And Countermeasures Of Social Credit System Construction In TS City

Credit is the premise and fundamental of sound market economy.The trade environment becomes more and more complicated as the economy keeps developing.Individual profits gradually diversify,which brings challenge to the traditional credit concepts.Under the drive of profits,people start to adopt illegitimate methods in market activities and bring a series of credit issues.So a social credit system should be established to guarantee the sound and stable development of the market and the society.As for now,there are many problems in the construction of social credit system in TS city: government authorities fail to coordinate each other in joint law enforcement,the information of the subject of social credit is leaked during the credit investigation,the grassroots generally attach little importance to credit appraisal and the city ranks low in the province in social credit system construction.To complement the social credit system of TS City,the construction method of social credit system home and aboard and developing status of social credit system in our country are analyzed.Afterwards,it would establish several indicators for the appraisal of social credit system construction and adopt entropy evaluation method to endow due value to each one.They would be used in the analysis of developing status of social credit system of TS city from 2011 to2017 and main problems during that time period.The research shows that the city develops slowly in political integrity,commercial integrity and legislative integrity.At last,it refers to game theory,information asymmetry theory and trade cost theory and absorb successful experience in social credit system construction home and aboard to propose relative solutions and suggestions from the perspective of government,legislation,industrial association,enterprise and the mass.It not only provides valuable solution for the future social credit system construction in TS city,but also can be referred to for similar municipal social credit system construction.Figure 2;Table 12;Reference 53...
