With the speeding up of the process of China’s legal construction and the prosperity of economic life, our country has paid more and more attention on the consumer’s right, besides, we also enact legislation about that. The consumer’s right to know is one of the important contents in the rights of consumers. At present, the electronic commerce began to flourish, E-commerce aroused quietly, it’s increasing popular in customers because of its advantage. At the same time, the virtual of the online shopping changes the traditional market in which the buyers have the initiative into a new market in which the sellers have the initiative. In this mode, the customers’informed rights is particular vulnerable in internet consumption. Although in the network consumer’s informed rights frequently infringed is not a new problem, online shopping consumer’s right to know is continued to be violated with the development of the E-commerce presenting the characteristics of complexity diversity. For the moment, the relevant legislation of customer’s right to know in our country has been obviously enacted, but it can’t solve the increasingly complex problem of the right to know in life. Therefore, in order to protect the interests of the online shopping consumer groups, it is essential and important to establish a more perfect and feasible protection system.I write this paper through the case of common life.Firstly, I defined the relevant concepts about consumer’s right to know. Secondly I introduce the current situation of the consumer’s right to know in China’s online shopping and draw lessons from the advanced aspects of Japan’s and the European Union countries" system. Finally, I put forward practical and feasibility suggestions about the relevant legislation of customer’s right to know. This paper is divided into four parts, in chapter one, some basic concept and the environment of the consumer’s right to know in China has been introduced and I analysis the consumer’s right to know.distinguishing the online shopping consumers" informed right infringement from ordinary consumers’informed right infringement.In the second chapter, I respectively introduce the common situation of the infringement of customer’s right to know and the current situation about protection of the customer’s right to know, the problems about the protection of the right to know in our country. It has great significance for us to put forward effective measures. The third chapter is mainly about the legal protection of foreign online shopping consumer’s right to know. Through learning the legislation, and law enforcement of Japan, the European Union and other countries provides a reference for our country’s legislation and law enforcement about the protection of consumer’s right to know. In the last chapter,by learning the success of foreign related legislation, I put forward reasonable measures and purpose about protection of China’s online consumer’s right to know. In view of the defect of the protection of the current online shopping consumer’s right to know in our country.
