Many entrepreneurs are attracted by the advantages of less investment and quick return. shopping sites such as bamboo emerged like shoots after a spring rain. However, due to network shopping and the particularity of administrative supervision, coupled with the lack of specific laws and regulations against the legitimate rights and interests of consumers online shopping, the phenomenon has occurred. The right of claim is refer to the consumer for the purchase, use of goods or services received by the person, the enjoyment of property damage when the right to compensation in accordance with the law, the rights and interests of consumers is damaged after relief, consumer’s Other rights can be realized. The author takes the protection of the right of claim of the consumers in the online shopping as the research object, aiming at providing some theoretical suggestions for the settlement of the disputes in the judicial practice.This thesis consists of introduction, body and conclusion of three parts. The introduction part mainly elaborates the background and significance of this topic. The text is divided into the legal protection of consumer online shopping research right in four chapters: the first chapter is the definition of the online shopping of the right law, mainly discusses the basic problems of online shopping, online shopping meaning consumer’s right of claim and the necessity of the online shopping consumer rights legal protection; the second chapter mainly elaborates the problems and causes of consumer rights legal protection exists in online shopping; the third chapter discusses the extraterritorial provisions of online shopping consumers seeking compensation rights legal protection and the enlightenment for us; in the fourth chapter, based on the forefront of an antidote against the disease. Put forward the idea of strengthening China’s online shopping in the consumer rights legal protection mechanism. The conclusion part summarizes this thesis, emphasizing the importance of the right of consumers in online shopping to legal protection.
