Research On The Problems Of The Interaction Between Government And Social From The View Of The Citizens’ Political Participation

On the Third Plenary Session of the 18 th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,the Party has introduced the idea of promoting the modernization of our national governance system and governance capacity. The way to achieve the goal has raised enthusiastic discussions among the government and the political circle. As an important part of the nation, it is necessary to realize the modernization of social governance system and governance capacity.Furthermore, on the meeting the party also introduced the idea of innovate the social governance system. It requires to improve the way of social governance, encourage and support the social subjects to join in the governance, it is easy to see that social governance requires pluralistic subjects join in the governance, but the situation in urban community is that the fast-paced urban lifestyle, the complexity of population structure and the fast population migration made the community residents be weak in social autonomy, enterprises and institutions are lack in public spirit, they can’t supply necessary help in social autonomy. For these reasons, the government has to step into every corner of the society to cope with various changes in the community. It’s very difficult to push on social governance with the purpose of promoting social autonomy.Taicang has explored a new way which not only be effective in restrict government’s power but also can stimulate the initiative of community people. The Interaction between Government and Social raised much attention throughout Jiangsu Province and the nation. Now, the campaign has been performed in whole areas of Jiangsu Province.Based on the changes of social autonomy in Nanjing’s brought by "The Interaction between Government and Social ", this essay will try to analysis the problems we are facing and the reasons of the problems, I will also try to find a feasible way to solve these problems. By this research, it’s not hard to see in this campaign it is important for the government to restrict its power, to link up government administration and social governance is more important. On one hand, it is necessary to make the legislature, administrative organ and the judiciary to play a suitable role in social governance, on the other hand it is important to motivate every social subjects including the enterprises and institutions, social organizations and citizens. It is necessary to change their negative ideas of social autonomy, social organizations and citizens should supply community with necessary helps.
