A Study On The Innovation Of Social Governance Under The Guidance Of Government

China is in the industrialization,urbanization,information technology,market-oriented social transition period,the interests of adjustment period and contradiction highlights,showing the social structure and interests of differentiation,social organization and people's way of life diversity,diversity of values,the complexity of social contradictions and so on.The traditional social management has been unable to meet the needs of the country and people,whether it is economic development,social reform,social stability,they all need social governance innovation.This article through the Wuhu city social governance innovation research,Analyzes the current situation of social governance innovation under the guidance of Wuhu city government,finds out the problems,analyzes the reasons and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions.This paper is divided into six parts:The first part of the study from the purpose of research and research,put forward the thinking and understanding of social governance,and through the study of the status quo at home and abroad study,put forward the future development trend of social governance innovation.The second part clarifies that the innovation of social governance is the inherent requirement and the only way of China's development by studying the law of social development both at home and abroad and the problems existing in the development of Chinese society.However,due to economic,cultural and other development constraints.There are some problems,such us incorrectly understanding of the concept of social governance,irrational structure of social governance,imperfect law of social governance,backward technology of social governance.The third part points out that in order to solve the problems existing in our country's social governance,it is indispensable for the government to lead the innovation of social governance under the current national conditions.Because the government-led innovation of social governance is in line with the law of social development,it is the inevitable result of social transformation and the best way to diversify the subject in China.The fourth part of the field study Wuhu City,Anhui Province under the auspices of the government carried out a lot of social governance innovation,including the use of institutional forces to participate in social governance,to guide social organizations,individual citizens to participate in social governance,improve community governance,promote "Internet + society Governance ",and achieved remarkable results.In the fifth part,,through the investigation,it also has many problems under the supervision of the Wuhu city government,such as improving social service innovation,lacking of social organization ability,lacking of citizen participation spirit and lacking of administrative culture construction and so on.The sixth part of the comprehensive experience and lack of Wuhu City,sums up the ideas of local government-led social governance innovation,that is to establish the concept of social governance;further strengthen the government's leading role,deepen the government's own reform;strengthen community construction,optimize community governance system,enhance community service ability;Vigorously develop social organizations;cultivate a proactive citizens;improve the system,and actively use information technology means.Then improve the level of social governance to better governance.
