Analysis Of Situation And Research Of Measures On China's Giant Department Reform

China has carried out several organization structure reforms of government since reform and opening up policy was taken, that met the needs of economic and social development basically and support our reform through some rules,institutions and systems. But facing new develop situation, especially fulfilling scientific concept of development and establishing socialism harmonious society, our government institution and function still have some unfit aspects. In the report of the Seventeenth Congress of the CPC, making more efforts to integrate structure, Exploring organically integrate the functions of giant department, improving inter-departmental co-ordination mechanism, which clear the contents and goal for china's institution reform. Based on that, this thesis will try to discuss the path and measure of giant department reform.There are five parts: the first is preface, it will tell us the research situation in and abroad at present and my research methods and innovation. The second is explanation on related theories, including administrative organization, super department, our main difficulties in present structure setting and administration system changing. The third part is to discuss the necessity, condition and significance in performing giant department reform. Inside is functioning problem, and outside is from political, economic, social and cultural field. Besides, I elaborate the conditions we have in present. The fourth part is to look back on the reforms and summarize the status of giant department reform. The last part is the analysis of measures on giant department reform and innovation; this is the key section of this article. I expatiate it from executive philosophy, government role, administrative examination and approval system, reorganize the surplus workers, administrative organization act and some supporting measures and so on.
