Research On The Practice Model Of The Community Social Organizations Incubation In The Social Governance Perspective

With comprehensively the reform of society,the public has more requirements about a service-oriented government,it is necessary to strengthen the social management innovation. Social organization is an important subject in social governance innovation,however,based on the various factors of history and reality,Community social organizations exist many problems, such as:weak power, organization is not perfect, the endogenous force is insufficient.The hatch of community social organizations and supportting community social organizations become to be the most important ways of social governance innovation.The present domestic research community hatch is focused on the mechanism of social organizations.There is no research on the practice of community social organization model.In this paper, from the perspectives of social governance, I got a benign social governance to the requirement of community social organizations.In combination with two cases of street community social organizations incubation in wuhan city, through qualitative research methods, comparative analysis method to explore the practice of social organization hatch. Finally through the use of the tools of project management and social assessment organization, the practice of the community social organizations incubation model is established.
