To provide quality services for migrant women is an important part of social workers.The author takes Sanhe community of Labor street for project base. In order to see the difficulty and needs of migrant women, author carry out detailed investigation by questionnaire and on-the-spot visits in the early days.author thinks there is a necessity of establishing the mutual aid community.Then combining with the concept of Help people to help themselves of social work, Using open space meeting technology,team work,community work and other professional methods,With the help of community author succeed in hatching mutual aid community like Sun mother by Requirements discovery, Segments,organizational activities,community formation and guidance to public benefit,and successfully guide the community autonomous operation and sustainable development.This paper also evaluate scheme,operation,management and effect of incubator project in a professional way and think from different dimensions.The breeding process lasted for two months,which carries out activities for six times and has a good effect in migrant women and local residents.Mutual card activities promote the formation of helping each other in the community.It also drives migrant women to help each other, form a good friendship and promote the integration of migrant women and community. To a certain extent, it promotes the development of the harmonious community.This hatch activity is also a practical demonstration for professional social work method.The author can understand advantages and defects of kinds of professional social work method through practice.To some extent, it promote the perfection and renewal of the social organization incubation.
