Research On Social Organization Incubator Promoting Social Organizations Participating In Community Governance

After lake in wuhan city streets after incubation bases around the lake district social organization overall demand,community governance to hatch community innovation,foster innovation,cultivating brand project community public welfare talents for work tasks,aims to build a community social organizations incubation cultivation platform,cultivate a group of local social organization the public organization,build,build a strong practice professional volunteer service team,meet the demand of residents crowd of multiple services,optimize and expand the public service path.This paper,with the method of interview as the main method,the method of literature research and the method of participant observation as the supplement,makes a profound analysis on how the H street incubation platform in the river bank district promotes social organizations to participate in community governance.Many problems about social organizations promoting community development and governance were found.When the incubation platform promoted community social organizations to participate in community governance,it was found that the effect of social organizations participating in community governance was not good.From the perspective of residents,the sense of identity of residents to social organizations is low,which leads to the phenomenon that community residents generally have low participation in community activities.From the perspective of social organizations,it can be found that social organizations are not adaptable to the existing incubation model.Before social organizations accept the incubation base of social organizations,the community governance mode driven by social organizations is single,and there is no supervision when carrying out activities in the community.The reimbursement and application modes are very simple.After the intervention of social organization incubation base,there was more third-party supervision than before,and the whole process became complicated,resulting in obvious inadaptability of social organizations to the new management model.At the same time,the incubation base and social organizations have prominent problems such as greater personnel mobility,higher staff turnover rate,lack of professional management personnel in social organizations,and insufficient satisfaction of residents' needs.From the perspective of the government,problems and dilemmas such as the poor supply of government dividends and insufficient coordination between functional departments have emerged in the development and cultivation of social organizations,such as the imbalance of resource links.But up to now,there have been a lot of investigations and studies on social organizations' participation in community governance,social organization incubation platform,development and construction within communities,etc.However,there are few studies on the ability of incubation platform to help social organizations participate in community governance.Therefore,the biggest innovation of this paper is the exploratory research on the innovation mode of social organization incubation base helping social organization to govern community.It is urgent for professional social workers in the incubation platform of social organizations and professional supervisors linked to the outside to train and supervise social organizations,so as to improve the ability of social organizations to participate in community governance and truly meet the needs of community residents.Then this paper makes an in-depth investigation and analysis of the phenomenon from the perspective of resource dependence theory and supportive organization theory.It comes to the view of improving the ability of social organizations to participate in community governance.Social organization incubation platform promotes the construction of community social organization support platform;The government should actively advocate and innovate policies;There should be clear development plan and service research and development.Therefore,the social organization incubation platform must improve the ability of social organizations.Only by improving the ability of social organizations,can the professional quality and service quality of social organizations be truly improved,and activities be carried out centering on the needs of residents.Therefore,how to support and guide social organizations to play their role in order to reduce community burden is the focus of this paper.
