County Government Corruption Prevention Research

In recent years, under the guidance of the "Eighteenth National Congress of theCPC" anti-corruption policy, Party and state officials to maintain a high degree of corruption of the situation. However,the frequent corruption of the county government has a negative impact on social harmony and sustainable development. To prevent and restrain the corruption of the county government is the serious problem to be solved urgently in the process of reform and development of our country.Therefore, it is of great significance to study the prevention of corruption at the county level government.This paper takes 50 county government corruption cases as the starting point of the research. On the basis of summing up and system thinking,analysethe common causes of such behavior closely,and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions on prevention and effective control.The writing framework of this paper consists of five parts:First, the introduction part.The background and significance of this research, the status quo of the research and the intention of innovation are explained,provide background basis for the analysis of the post text.Second, the meaning, characteristics and related theories of county government to prevent corruption.The definition and characteristics of county government to prevent corruption are defined, and the related theoretical basis is explained, provide the theoretical basis for the analysis of the post text.Third, county government corruption case analysis.The overall situation of the 50 county government corruption cases are described and analyzed, and the characteristics, classification, hazards and other aspects of the corruption case are discussed.Fourth, countermeasures.Based on the empirical analysis of the above county level government corruption cases, the countermeasures and suggestions to effectively prevent the county government corruption are put forward.The innovations of this paper are shown in three aspects:First, the pater focuses on the county government, to achieve "the child is father of the man".Although experts and scholars at home and abroad at present, there are many literatures and researches on corruption and prevention of corruption,but most of them focus on the whole system or a single organization to prevent corruption, focusing on the prevention of corruption in the construction of the organization or the punishment of corruption to conduct research. For the government to prevent corruption, especially in the county government to prevent corruption of the special research is still very little, so from this perspective to carry out research, there will be a new harvest.Second, the research of this paper is based on the case of 50 county government corruption.On the basis of consulting a large number of documents, the 50 cases are classified and analyzed, which provides a realistic basis for the discussion and conclusion, and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions.Third, it puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to effectively prevent the corruption of county level government.On the basis of empirical analysis, the author focuses on county government corruption prevention countermeasures are put forward for roughly two aspects, respectively:First, to strengthen the supervision and control of power, the power to shut the cage, clearly do a good job, "three list a net", is a list of government power, enterprises to invest in the negative list, financial special fund management list and the government service net work importance, strengthen the publicity of government affairs. Second, improve the "do not want to be greedy, not greedy, not greedy," the prevention and control mechanism.
