If the enterprise is a machine, then the staff is composed of a small part of the machine parts. The level of machine output depends largely on the efficiency of the parts. The same token, the efficiency of enterprises depends on the individual's work performance. And employee job satisfaction will in a certain extent affect their work efficiency, job satisfaction high will lead to high staff enthusiasm, resulting in good working performance; low job satisfaction, employee's work enthusiasm low, accumulate over a long period of employees will to work weariness and even conflict, the final work performance is not satisfactory. At this stage, enterprises pay special attention to employee satisfaction, hope to improve employee job performance by improving the job satisfaction, in order to improve the efficiency of enterprises. But the current confusing place is the employee's satisfaction is high, but the performance is not ideal. This paper attempts to explore the role of grassroots police job satisfaction on the job performance, job satisfaction on the role of work performance, and put forward some management suggestions for the grassroots police work.This study choose the Public Security Bureau grassroots police in Heyuan City as the research object, in order to discuss the influence of job satisfaction on job performance as the main line proposed is positively related to job satisfaction and job performance and job satisfaction on job performance has a significant effect of five research hypotheses. The author classified job satisfaction into five dimensions(work itself, work reward, working relationship, working environment, development promotion) and job performance as two dimensions(task performance and contextual performance). Drawing on the measurement of job satisfaction and job performance of early scholars, this paper designs a questionnaire which is suitable for this paper, and collects the data through the paper questionnaire and the electronic questionnaire. Through the use of SPSS statistical software to collect the data for reliability and validity testing, descriptive statistical analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis. According to the results of the data analysis, the research results and conclusions are drawn, and the corresponding suggestions are put forward.The research results are summarized and discussed, and job satisfaction on job performance has certain influence, combined with the actual situation in Heyuan of grassroots police, from the perspective of human resource management, study and put forward adaptive management of the grass-roots police, and points out the shortcomings and future research direction.
