Measurement Of Residents' Welfare Level And Analysis Of Its Promotion Path

Resident welfare can be regarded as a concept related to social justice,and it aims to ensure that members of society can be provided with personal security and job opportunities,and maintain social stability and fairness to achieve economic prosperity and development.The improvement of the welfare of residents is related to everyone's interest,for which the government and people have paid much attention.However,at this stage,the research and analysis on the measurement,evaluation and improvement of the welfare of urban residents in China are not complete.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to make further study the measurement,evaluation and analysis of the improvement of the welfare of urban residents in China.The purpose of this research is to find ways to improve the welfare of residents,and put forward corresponding policy recommendations on the improvement of the welfare of residents in China based on the definition of residents 'welfare and the formation of its evaluation,evaluation and promotion mechanism,the residents' welfare level measurement,evaluation,which through the construction and analysis of residents' welfare level measurement and evaluation path and the development of relevant empirical analysis work.Based on this purpose,at first,this article will redefine the concept of resident welfare based on Amartyason's feasible ability theory,and then analyzes and sorts out the formation mechanism,evaluation mechanism and promotion mechanism of residents' welfare based on the definition.Then built the model system for the measurement,evaluation and promotion path analysis of residents' welfare.Finally,through the data definition,data collection and collation of model variables,the empirical analysis of the welfare level of urban residents in China was measured,evaluated and improved..Based on empirical analysis,this article draws the following three conclusions:(1)The welfare level of urban residents in China has been steadily improving in the past20 years.(2)In the past 20 years,the general trend of the changes in China's residents' welfare level is reasonable,but some years have been unreasonable;(3)Relative to the requirements of the improvement of residents' welfare level,China's per capita disposable income,the proportion of investment in education,and the per capita GDP development of these three feasible capabilities are relatively low.Based on the above conclusions,in order to further improve the welfare level of urban residents in China,it is recommended that:(1)Reduce taxes,increase efficiency,and strive to raise China's per capita disposable income;(2)Further adjust the structure of fiscal expenditures and continuously improve China's per capita education input level;(3)The deepening of supply-side reforms has further promoted China's per capita GDP.
