Research On The Modernization Of The Governance System Of Ethnic Affairs In Ethnic Autonomous Areas

The Governance System of Ethnic Affairs is an important part of the national governance system, and the modernization process of the governance of the ethnic affairs can affect the whole national governance modernization process.In September,2014, the CPC Party Central Committee and the State Council held the Fourth Central Conference on the work concerning ethnic minorities, it made a new deployment link on China’s Ethnic Affairs and Opened a new journey for ethnic work in China, had the great strategic significance. Aksay Kazak Autonomous County is in Gansu Province only a Kazak Autonomous County, it is a very local characteristics county in the background of the new town. Its modernization of the governance of ethnic affairs has representative, and has a strong research value.The author draws on many domestic and foreign research results of modernization of the Governance system of Ethnic Affairs and capacity, after conducting a number of field investigation in Aksay Kazak Autonomous County, and wrote the thesis. It contains four parts:institutional construction of the governance of Ethnic Affairs, the process of building the legalization system, democratization process and the development of humanistic management.Chapter Ⅳ:According to the reasons of previous chapter, make the corresponding suggestions and countermeasures.Hope in the process of Aksay Kazak Autonomous County’s modernization of the ethnic affairs:The first is to promote the institutional construction of the governance of Ethnic Affairs;The second is to focus on the innovation measures of the rule of law in the management of ethnic affairs;The third is to Vigorously promote the development of the democratic construction of the governance of Ethnic Affairs;The forth is to Actively promote the development of human culture in the management of ethnic affairs.In a word, through the research on modernization of Aksay Kazak Autonomous County of the ethnic affairs governance system,hoping for Aksay Kazakh Autonomous County building a harmonious ethnic relations, promoting national unity, playing a role in maintaining social stability, and for the construction harmonious ethnic relations in the new period, national autonomous areas, promoting national undertakings developed in an all-round way provides some theoretical and realistic basis. At the same time, it also provides a reference for the national autonomous areas to carry out ethnic work in the new era, and to promote the harmonious development of Ethnic Areas.
