Research On The Countermeasures Of Guiding National Identity In The Governance Of Multi-ethnic Community In Fengning Manchu Autonomous County Of Chengde

Fengning county has been a multi-ethnic county since ancient times.At that time,economic exchanges,land disputes,cultural exchanges and wars had been carried out between Shanrong,Donghu,Xiongnu,Wuhuan,Xianbei,Ruoran,Kumoxi,Khitan and Nuzhen.In modern times,there are 34 ethnic groups living here,including Han,Manchu,Mongolian,Hui,Tibetan,Miao,Yi,Zhuang,Buyi,Korean,Dong,Yao and Bai.And as a basic unit of the social life of various nationalities,the community affects different aspects of ethnic groups.Under the background of new era,investigated multi-ethnic community governance and community residents of the present situation of national identity,not only can learn the national degree of residents' understanding of the theory of national policy,community sense of belonging,mutual ethnics identity and national identity,but also can find the national identity deficiency of the multi-ethnic community governance from the reality of the community residents,and analyze the reasons of problems.Stand in the position of multi-ethnic communities reality,the present study put forward countermeasures and suggestions in community national work talent team construction,ethnic theory and policy implementation,many national cultural heritage and development,national unity work,which makes Manchu autonomous county of Chengde FengNing multi-ethnic communities strengthen the national identity in the work sharing,and cast up the community consciousness of the Chinese nation.The main content of this paper is divided into three parts.First,it elaborates on the theories related to ethnic identity and community governance,as well as the internal relationship between ethnic community governance and ethnic identity,expounds the closerelationship between the two,and emphasizes the necessity of the research on countermeasures to guide ethnic identity of multi-ethnic community governance.Secondly,the historical development,ethnic composition and distribution,community governance practice of Fengning Manchu autonomous county are discussed.Data collection and research were conducted on the status quo of multi-ethnic community governance guiding community ethnic identity in Fengning Manchu Autonomous County inhabited by scattered multi-ethnic groups.Analyze the investigation results,present the current situation,summarize the existing deficiencies in the new era,and specifically analyze the reasons for the deficiencies.Finally,according to the actual situation of the multi-ethnic community governance and ethnic identity linked,put forward the New Era of Fengning Manchu autonomous county multi-ethnic community governance further guide ethnic identity countermeasures.In the process of improving the community governance ability,the residents' national identity should be enhanced,and the ways of community governance should be expanded.
