Research On The Cadre System Of National Autonomous County In Our Country

Because of its complexity,long-term nature,importance and sensitivity,ethnic issues have always been the key and difficult issues that all nation-states are trying to solve.Since ancient times,the Central Government has been exploring a national policy that suits our country.From the ancient dynasty's state to rely on the elites of ethnic minorities and traditional religious power to govern the traditions of ethnic regions,New China is given a certain degree of autonomy under the guarantee of the National Regional Autonomy Act.Arranging ethnic minorities to serve as ethnic cadres in the region to govern the ethnic minority areas,the minority cadre system has achieved certain results.First of all,Implementing the system of regional ethnic autonomy,the number of ethnic minority cadres has continuously increased,and the quality has improved significantly.Second,Ethnic minority cadres can reflect the wishes of ethnic minorities in their own ethnic minority areas,safeguard the rights and interests of ethnic minorities,and inherit and protect national culture.At last,in their work and life,minority cadres resist all kinds of extreme religious forces,national separatist forces,and sabotage activities.Safeguarded social stability and national unity in ethnic areas,it played an important role in the unity of the country and the consolidation of border defense.Since the 18 th National Congress,The Central Committee proposed the goal of realizing the Chinese nation's great goal of rejuvenating the Chinese dream.With the need to modernize the country's governance and the difficulty of social governance in the ethnic regions,the obstacles encountered by ethnic minority cadres in the process of harnessing governance functions are also increasing.The irrational distribution of autonomy,the dilemmas of the cadres' identity,and the adverse discrimination of national identity,etc.The challenges to the governance of ethnic affairs in our country have been challenged,and the cadre system of ethnic minorities needs to be improved.This paper takes the cadre system of ethnic autonomous counties as the starting point and comprehensively analyzes the logic,historical path,and functionalvalue of the cadre system based on the system of ethnic regional autonomy in People's Republic of China.Reflections on the adaptability of the cadre system in autonomous counties under the national strategy of modernizing the governance system and governance capabilities.It also proposes to perfect the cadre system of the national autonomous county from the perspective of identity,the perspective of function and function,and the perspective of national integration,so as to achieve the coordinated and co-governance of ethnic affairs in the vision of modernization of national governance.
