Therefore, how the violator ideological and political education in the new, major issues "after detention era" urgent need to address the prevention of their criminal acts occurred become again.Ideological and political education as a fine style of our party is the revolution and construction of a social practice activities to address the people’s thinking, stand, viewpoint as the core of the problem, not only in the management of people’s daily lives play an effective role, but also in our detention system during the transformation of the violator has played a positive role. With the evolving social environment, past experience correction, teaching methods and content has been unable to meet the practical needs of the current work. Therefore, the author based on previous research on the "post-era reeducation through labor" Optimizing the violator’s ideological and political education gives some insight shallow, hoping to contribute to enriching the theory vestiges of power.This thesis consists of four parts:The first part is an introduction.
