Research On The Theory And Practice Of Official Morality Construction In China

Official morality,that is,political ethics,is a comprehensive reflection of the officials' political integrity.It includes four aspects: political morality,professional morality,social morality and family virtue.From ancient times till now,the study of official morality has never stopped.On the one hand,it is based on the particularity of official status.His social status determines that his morality is more exemplary and directive than that of the general members of society.His moral level can reflect the overall moral level of a certain period or a certain region,from the rise and fall of the country to the rise and fall of the people's morality and folk customs.There is an inseparable relationship.On the other hand,because officials are the defenders of public interests and the distributors of public resources,they hold powerful public power in their hands,and power is corrosive.Once people have power,they are likely to be greedy and inflate,abuse power for personal gain,which has a serious impact on society and the country.This paper chooses to study official morality in the new era based on the above two aspects.At present,although China has made remarkable achievements in various social undertakings,the current situation of official morality is not optimistic,which is out of touch with the development of the times.In the long run,it will inevitably hinder the development of China in the new era.Therefore,it is urgent to build official morality.This paper focuses on the theory and practice of the construction of official morality from the perspective of the construction of official morality.Starting from the analysis of the basic concepts of official morality,it points out the characteristics and elements of official morality,and clarifies the main body of modern official morality.Following the title of the paper,the theoretical resources of official morality are integrated from three dimensions: the sublation of traditional Chinese official morality,the exposition of classical Marxist writers and the experience of Western official morality construction theory.Then it elaborates the current situation of the practice of official morality,tries to analyze the achievements and problems of the construction of official morality in the history of the Communist Party of China,and combines with the background of the times to analyze its causes.So far,the purpose of the research is to put forward a feasible plan for the construction of official morality.Therefore,on the basis of clarifying the basic principles of the current construction of official morality,the author tentatively puts forward the practical path of the current construction of official morality,that is,through both internal and external repair,strengthening internal constraints and external safeguards,and jointly improving the practical path of the current construction of official morality in China.
