A Research On Anti-corruption System Construction Of China In The New Period

Corruption is a global issue of common concern, along with the development of human society, the power became the product of human society, it would inevitably produce corruption,which brought different degrees of damage to most of countries, thus it had been called "global pollution", it also became a extremely averse phenomenon, people are trying all efforts to fight against corruption all the time. Corruption is extremely harmful, it can not only damage the image of state and government, it also can break the trust relationship between the government and people, it can endanger the political stability, hinder the economic development, it can erode ideology and culture and destroy social harmony. In the process of the practice of ongoing anti-corruption, regardless of the ancient and modern times, or china and the foreign, it shows that system of anti-corruption is the fundamental countermeasure to curb corruption.Thus, according to the objective situation,in which we need deepen the anti-corruption campaign and respond to the request for the times, promote the system construction is an important task of the current anti-corruption.This paper includes four aspects,mainly explores the path how to carry out anti-corruption system construction in the new era. Firstly, in the current era background, corruption appears a series of new features in some ways,for example,the number of corruption cases that involved the corruption, forms of corruption, the subject involved corruption, and cross-border corruption crimes, the form of corruption is found in the new features of corruption,it makes us a clear understanding that we should not be underestimate the corruption situation, as for the how to control the root causes of corruption, the party and the country and the people pay more attention to the construction of anti-corruption system,we expect from those corruption’s prevention measures to specification guide, constraints control and punishment systems, which play an important role in the construction of deterrence. Secondly, we summarize a series of strong anti-corruption measures taken by the new era in China,we want to combine with the results of the current practice of anti-corruption to highlight the effects of the rule of law, anti-corruption inspection, an important anti-corruption network status and anti-corruption cooperation, which can underline the obvious corruption of governance results. Again, the poor from the effects of ideological and political education, anti-corruption safeguards system is imperfect, the lack of strong constraints of power, anti-corruption punishing effect is not ideal, the international anti-corruption mechanism is not perfect, these present situation of the anti-corruption institution are based on above four levels,we should dig deeper reason from the performance issues to provide a realistic basis of anti-corruption system construction. Finally, for anti-corruption’s urgent need, we should regard the system construction as the main perspective, seek the establishment of anti-corruption institutional system with Chinese characteristics to truly form a system and mechanism to create peace and harmony political ecology in which we don’t want to rot,we can’t rot,we dare not to rot,besides it can cause lots of rot inconvenience.
