The Study On Construction Of New Rural Community In Jilin Province

Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China, affected by some factors, the difference between industry and agriculture and the urban-rural divide have expanded gradually; also, it is difficult to break the pattern of urban-rural social structure. Since the concept of the construction of rural community was first pointed out in the Sixth Plenary Session of its Sixteenth Central Committee of Chinese Communist Party, all parts of the country have grabbed the opportunity, raised the wave to build the rural community, and started the urbanization which peasants couldn’t leave their land. It promotes the construction of a new socialist countryside and accelerates the process of rural urbanization effectively. However, there still exist some problems during the construction of rural community. Some cannot be avoided during the process, and some needs to be solved by the governments at all levels in the political, legal and economical parts. Otherwise, it would have severely influence on the construction of our rural community in future. Based on the construction of a large quantity of the practical cases which associate with rural community construction in our country, this thesis has made a profound and prudent investigation New Rural Community, Zhongxing Villiage, Ping’an Town, Taobei District, Baicheng City, and then, I also has made some comments for rural community construction, I hope it can provide some preference for building rural community in future.There are four parts in this paper, the paper, the first part is the foreword, it mainly introduces the research background, significance, theoretical basic, methods of study and research progress in the world; the second part, it mainly analysis the current situation of rural community construction in several provinces and explain the changes in the history of the rural community.
