Besides, in the concept, the property of the labor relations between the screenwriters and producers should be established. After establishing the concept, the screenwriters are laborers. At last, screenwriters’ rights is an important part of copyright protection. Copyright has played a positive role in protecting the rights and interests of the copyright owners, stimulating their enthusiasm in creation, promoting the development of the economy and science, the prosperity of the culture and art. However, with the progress of the times, the updates of the science and technology, new forms of art are emerging. Legal wisdom is needed to realize the "put the new wine in old bottles", which means putting the new works into the scope of protection of the copyright law.The fact that Chinese screenwriters’ rights are violated in the right of authorship, the right to protect the integrity of the work and the most basic right to pay is exist. These issues in the United States are not universal, or we can say they are almost solved. This paper will put forward strategies on Chinese screenwriters ’rights-protection, which is based on the governance in the U. S. and combining with the actual conditions in China. In addition, the problem of Chinese and American writers want to get the pay fully matched with their own labor remuneration, with the development of the new media era, can’t be completely resolved. This problem can only to be improved because of the lagging and incomplete legislation.
