Reseach On Chinese Goverment Administative Decision Cost In Information Age

Administrative decision cost is the key link of administrative cost.The theory of the administrative cost has developed quick/y in recent years,however,the study of administrative decision cost is still in the weak links, and significant impact that characteristics of big data in the information age on administrative decision cost hasn’t caused enough attention yet,.At the same time, the large proportion of administrative descion cost in the process of administrative decision is continuously growing. Above all, in consideration of theoretical need and practical requirement,we should have a more comprehensive and in-depth research on administrative decision cost.Firstly, this paper introduces administrative decision cost and its types from the concept level, and briefly describes the theoretical basis of administrative decision cost, deeply understanding the connotation and types of administrative decision cost and fully grasping the theoretical basis of the research is the premise of this research. Under the background of the era of information, the second part is an analysis of the administrative decision cost is facing up wih both opportunities and challenges in information age, and dialectical relationship of decision making process and the background, and how government use information technology to reduce the administrative decision cost. The third part, mainly analyze the reasons of our country’s administrative decision cost is high from three aspects:the administrative decision makers, administrative decision-making process and the administrative decision-making goal. Finally, this paper introduce the ways that suitable to China’s national conditions to lower the cost of administrative decision-making in fully draw lessons from foreign advanced experience, these measures are committed to provide constructive suggestions to establish a economical and beautiful China from the concept level, system level and implementation level.
