Since the reform and opening up,the national economy and overall national strength have been growing continuously in China.Meanwhile,people's living standards have greatly improved,which has a close relationship with the scientific and democratic government decision-making.Administrative leaders are important participants in government decision-making.They make rules and regulations and manage social affairs with administrative decision-making.The quality,ability and psychological quality of administrative leaders have a direct impact on the quality and level of administrative decision-making.The psychological quality of administrative leaders has an important impact on administrative decision-making,which is often neglected.Decision-making errors will be caused due to psychological factors if administrative leaders give little attention to their psychology during practical government management,which will not only lead to unnecessary economic losses and inefficiency of administrative decision-making,but also affect the credibility of the government.In order to promote a more scientific and democratic administrative decision-making,it is necessary for administrative leaders to pay more attention to their psychology,strengthen psychological construction and overcome the problems in decision-making psychology.Only in this way can we make more scientific and reasonable administrative decision-making,improve their quality and level,and improve the scientificity and democracy of administrative decision-making continuously.This thesis mainly consists of four parts: the relevant concepts,definitions and theories are introduced in the first part.The psychological problems of administrative leader decision-making and effect analysis are elaborated in the second part.The problems existing in the decision-making psychology of administrative leaders are summarized and the reasons are analyzed from the three aspects of administrative leaders themselves,the administrative decision-making system and the other reasons related to the administrative leader's decision-making psychology in the third part.Some countermeasures are put forward in the fourth part,including perfecting relevant rules and regulations,raising administrative leaders' attention,strengthening psychological training and creating a good administrative decision-making environment.It is hoped to offer suggestions to solve the problems of the decision-making psychology of of administrative leaders.
