| This article studies job satisfaction about the new generation of migrant workers.It analyses present situation of new generation migrant workers’ job satisfaction by means of quantitative analysis,with Herzberg two-factor theory,distinguish motivating factors and hygiene factors about the new generation of migrant workers. And further from individual,work and cognitive three aspects study the influencing factors of job satisfaction.It is proved that the new generation migrant workers on overall satisfaction is not high,and seven dimensions of job satisfaction about the new generation migrant workers from high to low in turn is:get along with colleagues,the immediate supervisor’character and style of work, job stability,work environment and conditions,enterprise management system, work income job opportunities for advancement and development in future. Work income and job opportunities for advancement/development in future two aspects satisfaction is poorer. With Herzberg two-factor theory, the study distinguish motivation/hygiene factors about new generation migrant workers and found that they are quite different.Then the article studies the influencing factors about motivation factors and hygiene factors respectively,using independent sample t-test and single factor analysis of variance.Only working place to the new generation of migrant workers in the individual factors has remarkable effect on motivation factors and hygiene factors.Gender,age,marital status,work time, the education level did not influence job satisfaction. Then compared with the cognition factors,job related factors on the new generation peasant workers’ motivation and hygiene factors have more significant effect.Above all,take measures to increase the new generation of migrant workers’job satisfaction and eliminate the not satisfied with attitude depend on the study, can help solve labor shortage problem and other social contradictions. |
