Since the beginning of the late1990s of last century. increasingly significant differentiation has occurred within the migrant workers. The new generation of migrant workers gradually becomes the main force. As a special group. the new generation owns significant feature. However. due to various restrictions and institutional barriers, it’s hard for them to integrate into urban life indeed. Concerns of the new generation, strengthening the study of the new generation is helpful to increase the understanding of them and enhance their ability to integrate into the city. Based on the data of the survey of11cities in Shaanxi province, analyze the main problem of social integration of new generation. Furthermore, an effort will be made on the three dimensions of economic integration, social integration and psychological integration to analyze the factors affecting the social integration of the new generation by SEM. The results show that, migrant of new generation falls into neglect to incomes, but pay more attention to psychological demand and social welfare. Through the analysis on the issue of social integration of new generation. In the three main factors that affect the generation of migrant workers social inclusion, psychological and social dimensions of the explanatory power of the new generation of migrant workers social inclusion, higher labor remuneration for the new generation of migrant workers social integration explanation of low. Therefore, to improve the current situation of the new generation of migrant workers to solve various problems of this group can no longer follow the traditional concept of the root causes of these problems from the lead to start, in addition to the economic conditions continue to improve this group, but also greater attention to social dimensions and psychological content. and comprehensively improve the integration of the new generation of migrant workers in urban society.
