Constructing a service-oriented government has become a hot issue of the governmentreform. With the rapid development of the modern society, the traditional-type government isout of date, because it can not comply with the social development , satisfy the need of thepublic and achieve the transformation of the government function. So based on the presentsituation of our country, the construction of the service-oriented government is formallyproposed.
