Corporate social responsibility(CSR) is one of the important topics in the fields such as Economics, Law, Sociology and etc. CSR was invented in the United States in the 1920’s, after nearly a century of research and operation, the developed countries in Europe and the United States have received very abundant theoretical results and practical experience.China started the CSR research mainly in 1990’s. In year 2005, “Corporate Law” clearly regulates the CSR of every corporations, which causing a boom of legal discussion. People found many problems with respect to the CSR clause, which in fact restrict the further development of the CSR performance of Chinese enterprises.Logistics industry is a basic industry to support the development of the national economy. Logistics enterprises’ fulfillment of CSR not only contributes to the development of the logistics industry, but also to the progress of the whole society.This paper is divided into three major parts. The first part introduces the basic concept of CSR of logistics enterprises. Also it introduces the special features of the logistics enterprise’s CSR. Then it gives out an overall view of the current legal system of CSR of logistics enterprises.The second part analyzes the current situation of CSR fulfillment of China’s logistics industry and concludes the deficiencies. And then discuss about the reasons for causing the situation, which mainly is the deficiency of the current legal system.The third part is the improvement advice on the CSR system, including the guiding principle and advice details. The advices are mainly towards the corporate law and other relates laws and regulations. Also it mentions the other approaches which shall work together with legal system to improve the CSR system.
