Malachite green is a chemical industrial dye industry in the early printing and dyeing. which was found to have good insecticidal and bactericidal effect and can be used for breeding aquatic products, while human would suffered carcinogenic, teratogenic, mutagenic with a long term intake; Chloramphenicol is an antibiotic, which has a strong inhibition against to many kinds of harmful bacteria, and Chlamydia as well.As a result, it was widely used in aquaculture.but compared with strong side effects and toxicity. Long term intake of trace amounts of chloramphenicol, not only to the pathogenic bacteria and other drug resistance, but also can cause the body’s normal flora disorder and imbalance that make it vulnerable to various diseases; A synthetic antimicrobial of Furazolidone once was widely used in the aquaculture industry, which was found to have good insecticidal and bactericidal effect. But the side effects of Furazolidone has attracted people’s great attention by its toxic effects on livestock and poultry, and carcinogenic, teratogenic, mutagenic effects on humans body.Malachite green,Chloramphenicol,Nitrofurans were included in the list of the Chinese Ministry of Agriculture Bulletin No. 193,‘food animal veterinary medicine and its compounds banned list’ in 2002.In this thesis, samples of aquatic products, transport water and holding water were collected and tested in a large freshwater aquatic products wholesale market of Guangdong Province. The metabolite residues of malachite green, chloramphenicol and furazolidone in aquatic product has been rapidly determined using ELISA kits, doubt resuLts were confirmed by LC-MS-MS, and the appropriate detection method of malachite green, chloramphenicol, furazolidone original drugs in water was established.The major economic fish species of Guangdong Province and their transport water, holding water were also tested. A summary was carried out to show the fish species that possible positive to the target drugs or exceeding the limit, find out the typical illegal drugs and abuse of them in industrial chain.The survey covers the whole process of aquatic product listing from transportation to market. Figured out the distribution of fish species at high risk of prohibited drug residues in Guangdong Province and the situation of drug illegal adding in circuLate process. Through the investigation,sampling and testing, we find out another possible addition process of prohibited drugs except aquacu Lture process, provide technical support and data for the government authorities to control product quality better and guarantee the safety of agricu Ltural products.
