The Study Of Quality And Secuirty Legal Issues Of Current National Aquatic Products Breeding

China is a country with the largest breeding scale and the biggest consumer market capacity of aquatic products in the world.With the vigorous development of China's fishery,quality and safety problems of aquatic products occur frequently.At present,the most prominent and also weakest quality and security issue in China's aquatic product supply chain is the breeding section of aquatic products.Therefore,to guarantee the quality and safety of the breeding stage of aquatic products becomes imperative.Fishery drugs,fodders,fries and water areas are the four key factors which affect the quality and safety of aquatic products breeding.On the basis of these four key factors,this essay respectively analyzes their management and application problems in the breeding stage of aquatic products,which have concentrated reflection in fishery drugs and feed additives abuse,residue problems caused by abuse,incomplete inspection and testing system as well as product traceable system.Through the analysis of quality and safety legal practice in aquatic products breeding stage in the United States,the European Union,Japan and other developed countries,and on the basis of summarizing their practical experience,we should take market access system,inspection and testing system,product traceable system and improving security consciousness of staffs as the foundation in view of fishery drugs,feeds,fries and water areas these four factors in aquatic products breeding stage,so as to explore national quality and safety legal system of the aquatic product breeding stage.
