Research On The Application Of New Media In The Trade Union Cadres

New media refers to those which use the technologies of computerizing, information pro cessing and network etc. to advance the traditional media quantitative. It is identified as follo wing characteristics :finteractivity and immediacy,massive and sharing,multimedia hypertext,personalization and community-based features.At the moment,the general characteristics of new media means online media and social ne tworking platform. With the further development of modern network technology, network and social media platform for representatives of new media has become an important participant i n the news media spread the most development potential. Information propagation characterist ics of new media and media increasingly important position in the government’s traditional pu blic management has brought A profound impact.Trade unions are the bridge and bond between the CPS and the masses. So it’s required that to take full advantage of the trade unions in social organizations in order to promote vocational training, enhance the quality of the masses and solve the problem of the resources with abundant labor force but low culture quality, which is not in pace with the economy development, technology advancement and optimization of economic structure and is hard to display the position and function of the trade unions in social development. Thus, based on the current situation of the cadre training in Guangdong Trade Union, this paper puts forward new ideas of the trade union’s cadre training in the form of new media. The trade union should attach more importance to the training of vocational capacity for workers. Through optimizing the allocation of resources, the trade union should strengthen the cooperation with the labor force supervision and management department, establish a service platform for itself, build up a network for cadre training, protect workers’ rights of education and training and reinforce the inspection and examination of the trade union. Secondly, it should establish a standardized training system for the cadre training, step up the upgrading of training programs continuously,create new training methods and utilize the forces of the masses fully. Besides, the trade unions of enterprises should strengthen training and implement the obligations of trade union’s training cadres by law so that the cadre training could better promote the upgrading and steadiness of social transformation.
