Exploring The Predictors Of User Continuous Use Intention Of G2C Electronic Government Services

Now, the electronic government affairs as the forefront of the information technology development project, not only by the attention of the governments, and many scholars begin to pay close attention to research of e-government.In recent years the development of e-government in China rapidly,however,the success of e-government system depends not only on technical factors,depends more on user acceptance.Both from home and abroad, the study found and judging from the reaction of the public, the usingfrequency for e-government is not high, participation also needs to be improved, the acceptance of the electronic government affairs in China have not reached the desired effect.At present, the abroad study of e-government user intention has been relatively mature,but our country electron government affairs of user intention of the research was still in the stage of rise.Many scholars and related research institutions are about e-government users with different intentions of technology acceptance model are studied, users continue to use intention of our country electron government affairs research model remains to be perfect,the e-government service quality in the final analysis is determined by the public acceptance and use of the frequency.So, through the study of e-government service quality,it is necessary to study of meeting the demand of the public use, and starting from the influence the use of public reason.Based on this, this article through to the user using current conditions and characteristics of e-government at home and abroad, combining the use of the user and the development of the electronic government affairs, to the current problems existing in the development of e-government in our country is analyzed, and the electronic government affairs user intention, this paper analyzes the factors which influence the continuous use.In this paper, from the Angle of the method to chain theory, combined with our country electron government affairs the use of the services provided by the current conditions and the public demand, affecting the e-government portal service intended to analyze the cause of the continuous use, through the questionnaire investigation and empirical analysis it is concluded that the user from own needs,the portal to the electronic government affairs information and transaction after the use of the service quality attributes,trustworthiness,transparency,convenience,perceived usefulness and continue use intention,etc. As a result,if the government meets the demand of users, and users are willing to continue to use the electronic government affairs, the hypothesis test in the end prove to be factors that affect users continue to use intention.The reasons are information service quality,transactionservicequality,trustworthiness,transparency,convenience,perceived usefulness.Accordingly concluded that the development of e-government in our country should take countermeasures to build a set of user satisfaction e-government construction system.Ande-government system constantly improving, really provides better e-government services for the public as well as promotes the user use of e-government service continuously.
