Analysis On The Emotional Needs Of The High Level Intellectual Elderly Home Care

With aging population increasing prominently, the elderly pension problem has become a social hot spot. Home care is becoming a new pension model based on family pension, and it is a choose during the social development process in the pension model. In the social pension system, with living standards and the situation gradually improving, the material needs of the highly educated older elderly in retirement basically need. Recent design studies for the elderly is complete. It includes fitness products, leisure products and living aids, but lacks the emotional design for the elderly class APP, about how to meet the emotional needs of older persons during the home care.This paper adopts quantitative analysis of questionnaires, interviews, and structured observation method to analyze home care for the high knowledge old people in the process of composition and characteristics of demand factors. The study indicates that, the elderly has led to the presence of loneliness and lack of a sense of belonging in their lives, and they also accept a higher degree for new things, and is willing to accept the new service to improve the situation of their life. To solve this problem, we propose "emotional courier" APP design to express the emotional realization emotional interaction for the elderly, their children, the community and society.the older people release negative emotions and improve positive emotions.Using PCN analysis in Service design, this paper builds the demand chain network for elderly people, which clearly demonstrates the process logical model of home care for the elderly, the community, children, the emotional center courier service/volunteer, and displays the extent and scope of interactive interaction between the entities. It can optimize the design of the elderly home care and provide academic guidance and practical guidance for the elderly home care research.
