Research On Law-Related Education Of Police From The Perspective Of Ideological And Political Education

Strengthen the construction of the rule of law will make China more stronger! At present,we are promoting the strategic layout of the rule of law,optimizing the national governance system and enhancing the ability of national governance.Police is an important subject of law enforcement,and strengthening the law-related education can provide ideological guidance for the construction of the rule of law.Because of the the law-related education is closely to the ideological and political education of police,we put the study of the law-related education in the field of ideological and political education.The basic theory of ideological and political education is the basis of the law-related education of police,and the law-related education will enrich and develop the contents of ideological and political education.The law-related education of police has the characteristics of political,systematic and professional.It is fundamentally different from the legal education.This characteristics is also the law-related education should have in this period of social history.With the acceleration of the construction of the rule of law in our country,public security organs are also strengthening the construction of the rule of law,and optimizing the resources and striving to cultivate high-quality police force.The construction of public security in the rule of law should do good at "personal" work,and insist on strengthening the awareness of the rule of law and strengthening the police's feelings to the rule of law.Although the public security organs have begun to implement the law-related education,but there are several major problems in the education work: Firstly,there has not been given enough attention to the law-related education: lacks educators and professionalism,pay more attention to the form of the educational process.Secondly,the law-related education's content set unreasonable.Paying more attention to legal system of education,ignoring the law-related education.Thirdly,the method of law-related education of police is not scientific,the means of educational is traditional and single.Fourth,the mechanism of law-related education is not complete.It lacks effective management mechanism,supervision mechanism,feedback and evaluation mechanism.There are three main reasons for the above problems: Firstly,the challenges of social environment;Secondly,the characteristics of public security work constraints;Thirdly,the impact of the police's factors.In view of the problems in the law-related education,we put forward three countermeasures: Firstly,improving the degree of attention of educators,training the police law-related thought.Secondly,innovating the content of law-related education of police,focusing on strengthening the police to learn the idea of the rule of law.Thirdly,innovating the law-related education methods.Through the hidden education methods,online educationmethods,practical education methods to complement the way of education.Fourth,improving the police mechanism of the law-related education.To improve the management mechanism,the incentive mechanism,the feedback mechanism,the evaluation mechanism,the supervision mechanism and the guarantee mechanism to ensure the long-term work of the lawrelated education.
