The Improvement Of Administrative Power List Of China

In the reform of the construction of the rule of law in China, the administrative power listing system has become an important part of the rule of law. therefore, how to keep the system sustainable is more important. This paper first defines the concept of power list, and states the theoretical basis of administrative power list system and value of the corresponding function. Then the writer describes the three stages of the evolution of administrative power list system in China, summarizes and analyses the cause of growing list of power system.Secondly based on the evolution of the system of administrative power list, the author analyze the all sorts of problems of administrative power listing system and the cause of restricting on the development of Chinese administrative power list system. Finally aimed at deficiency of the practice,the author presents the perfect measures to make the system of administrative power list system better. Designing from the top of the list of administrative power,conforming legal norm, serving the people adhere to the correct authority view,accepting opinions from the society, then establishing the related mechanism, bring out a new look of power list system. so we should use perfect system to promote the development of the rule of law, and apply the development of the rule of law to make system more perfect.
