Research On The Legal System Of China’s New Energy Subsidy

With economic development, especially the development of economic globalization, people increasingly rely on energy demand and strong. Therefore, the search for alternative energy, clean, recyclable, high economic efficiency of new energy has become the top priority of the various national energy strategy. New Energy with freshmen, and inevitably require government support, but often the main form of subsidies.
