The Research On The Socialist Social Justice With Chinese Characteristics And Social Compensation Mechanism

Fairness and justice is the inherent requirement of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and it is the proper meaning of Chinese national nature.But with the deepening of reform,China’s social class structure becomes more complex and diverse,social contradictions have been aggravated,social injustice phenomenon began to appear.Since the 18 th CPC National Congress,the community public has more emphasis on social justice.The central government clearly pointed out that comprehensively deepening reform must be to promote social fairness and justice and must seek to advance the well-being of the people,the Socialist Core Values will also be just as the basic elements in social dimensions.But in reality,the value connotation of the socialist social justice with Chinese characteristics is still vague,and lack of system support for social justice can be used in practice.So it is necessary to deeply study to determine the basic connotation of social justice in China,and to put forward effective practical measures.This paper uses documentary research and comparative research methods.First of all,by making the basic idea of the Classical Marxist social justice clear,combing the history of social justice practiced by the Communist Party of China,criticizing and drawing lessons from Western capitalist society,we can ultimately determine the two basic dimensions of the connotation of the socialism social justice with Chinese characteristics.One is the justice of starting point and the equality of opportunity in the positive dimension.The other is the justice of ending point and substantial fairness in the reverse dimension.Secondly,through the concrete analysis of China’s social injustice phenomenon,we come to the conclusion that the essence of social injustice is the imbalance of social interests.Then the way to correct the imbalance of interests is compensation,social compensation is the practical basis of social justice.Finally,we make a preliminary construction of the contents of the social compensation mechanism.Social justice is the key in the reform of comprehensive deepening.Through this research,i hope that it is conducive to promote the realization of social justice,and enhance the well-being of the people in our country,especially the vulnerable groups in the society.
