The Research Of Prisoners’ Psycho-rectification Lean Formula Management In Quanzhou Prison

In 1980s, China began its exploration and research in the prisoners’ psycho-rectification. Till the Early 21 century, prison prisoners’ psycho-rectification has become one important part of prison rehabilitation of offenders. Numerous of studies showed that most of the prisoners have some problems in the psychological aspects of cognitive impairment, problems of poor mood disorders and personality defects. Therefore, it is essential to carry out professional psycho-rectification work for prisoners, which also keep prison prisoners’ psycho-rectification work updating and progressing. With the progressing of prison reform, lean formula management has become an inevitable choice for modern prison’s future development.In 2009, Fujian prison system carried out lean formula management gradually and achieved remarkable results in the prison administration, the police team construction, the rehabilitation of prisoners’ and some other aspects. Meanwhile, the early simple, disorderly, experience-oriented prisoners’ psycho-rectification style has been unable to adapt to the new situation of prison management. In 2013, Quanzhou prison led lean formula management into psycho-rectification to further improve the quality of management. Based on the formers’ lean formula management researches, the author links the lean formula management with prisoners’ psycho-rectification in this paper, combining with the practice of prisoners’ psycho-rectification work in the current prison administration. The author makes in-depth study of problems and reasons that exist in this work by empirical analysis and other research methods. The author analysis these problems existing in the prisoners’ psycho-rectification are deviation of management position, unreasonable setup and low level of specialization, and find the causes are imperfect management system, low quality of the team, and lacking of policy support. At the last of this paper, the author makes suggestions about how to improve the prisoners’ psychological lean formula management.
