The Marxist Ecological Thought And Its Enlightenment To The Construction Of Ecological Law In China

In the current society, the problems of ecological environment appear constantly, which is a serious threat to human existence and development. The paths and solutions to solve the ecological environment crisis in theory and practice circles of countries all over the world are explored. Since the birth of the Marxism, the ecological problems and their countermeasures have always been placed in a prominent position in the theoretical research. Nowadays when ecological problems are increasingly serious, it is of great significance and theoretical value to study Marxist ecological thought. Marxist ecological thought is integrated and systematic. At the same time, it is also a ecological thought of with materialistic and dialectical nature. The construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics should adhere to the guidance of Marxist ecological thought.This paper is divided into five chapters. The first chapter, introduction, is a holis tic description of this paper, of which the contents include the research background a nd significance, current research status at home and abroad, methodology and innovat ion. Chapter 2 is the interpretation of Marxist ecological thought. This section discus ses the concept of ecological thought and the development process of human’s ecolog ical thoughts, and the Marxist ecological thought system is discussed as well. The co ntent of Chapter 3 discuss basic theories of ecological rule by law under the perspecti ve of ecological civilization and what is ecological civilization and the basic theory o verview of ecological law are answered. Chapter 4 discusses the sinicization of Marxi st ecological thought and the progress of China’s ecological law practice, guided by Marxist ecological thought. Chapter 5 summarizes the enlightenment of Marxist ecol ogical thought to the construction of China’s ecological rule by law, which is discusse d from two aspects of the change of ecological ethic under the guidance of Marxist ec ological thought and the promotion of China’s ecological law practice.The ecological thought history of Marxism is combed in this paper with the full use of methodof Marxism. The evolution process of China’s ecological law practice under the guidance of Marxism eco-thought is discussed with the comprehensive use of research methods such as comparative method and empirical analysis method. And the practical approach to promote ecological rule by law of our country is explored through ecological ethics of change and the implementation of legal system innovation of ecological environment under the guidance of Marxism ecological thought.
