Ecological Thought Of Marxism In The Chinese And Western Dialogue

The relationship between man and nature, is not only an ancient philosophicalproposition, but also a global issue of the contemporary mankind’s fate. Because only oneEarth, ecological and environmental problems have no borders, so the impact of ecologicalchanges is global in nature. Protecting the ecological environment construction and ecologicalcivilization is not just a country thing, but, the common task for mankind around the world.In order to explore the environmental issues of common concern, to promote the researchon environment and society, environment and the economy, environment and trade,environment and resource utilization problems, establish a comprehensive, coordinated andsustainable development view, promote the exchange between China and the internationalacademic. In recent years, Chinese scholars have actively participated and even heldinternational conference.These academic exchanges not only deepen our understanding of the ecological ideas ofMarxism, but also promote the integration and complementary of Eastern and Westerncultures, play a positive role to strengthen international cooperation and exchange betweenChinese and foreign scholars in the research of environmental protection and environmentalphilosophy.This article focuses on the following content:Firstly, describe the main content of the ecological ideas of Marxism. Show theecological thinking logical constructure which take the view of nature and practice as thetheoretical basis, labor as an intermediary, institutional critique and social ideals architectureas aim.Secondly, take a brief description of international conferences on Marxism ecologicalideology, to lay the foundation for the next exchange.Thirdly, describe the focus and direction of the exchange. Four aspects---the theoreticalstudy of the ecology of Marxism, the mechanism of ecological civilization, ecologicalcivilization’s cultural aspirations, the association between Marxism and ecological concept ofconstructive post modernism are discussed in detail.Lastly, elaborate the positive significance of the exchange as well as individual thinking.
