Research On The Linkage Mechanism Of Community Correction Department In Fujian Province

Community correction is a kind of special penalty execution system in our country, which is exploring the reform and perfec tion of our country. Community correction means the development trend of the current execution reform. Since 2002, China has been a pil ot community correction, and in 2009 be gan to pil ot our c ountry’s community correction system. A crucial step in the reform of the penal system. In 2011 has prom ulgated and im plemented the "criminal law amendment" has been officially China’s community correction written into the criminal law, so as to make a "community correction" word first appeared in the provisions of cri minal law and of community correction in rec ognition of great significance since the trial in our country, is a test of China’ s penalty light slow development, socialization of penalty execution. It provides a legal basis for the j udicial administrative organs to carry out the community correction work, and lays an important foundation for the reform and improvement of the system of criminal punishment, which marks the establishment of the legal syste m of c ommunity correction in China. Although the community correction system in Fujian Province has been a certain degree of development, but in the community correction process will inev itably encounter som e difficulties and problems, especially in the construction of laws and regulations is not perfect, the community correction work practice in m any related departments, not only involves the public security, procuratorate, court, judicial administrative department, the legislative branch,, but als o relates to labor and s ocial security, the autonomy organizations of the masses, and civil affairs departments.Comm unity correction community correction work can achieve tangible legal effect and social effect has a decisive impact.
