Design And Implementation Of Public Security Information Resource Service Platform In Heilongjiang Province

With the continuous deepening of public security information construction,the continuous accumulation of business data and rapid growth,the public security industry has gradually formed a large data system.These data are scattered in different application systems and various data media.Many data applications are of low quality,lack of processing power,lack of standard specifications,lack of sharing applications,and lack of professional application.The public security information resource service platform of Heilongjiang province is the integration of all kinds of internal data through data extraction,the establishment of public security entity database,and on this basis,through registration,mapping,cataloging and standardization etc.a series of processing,the main source of the formation of basic data resources,application platform and data resource directory,resource directory,the establishment of foreign service the service interface includes data query,data alignment,information,and control external application service function.This paper discusses the design and implementation of public security information source service platform in Heilongjiang Province,through the construction of the system model of demand analysis,outline design,detailed design of the system makes a thorough introduction,and the key technology and the design ideas are described.The whole research content includes the registration management of the basic data,the monitoring and management of data resources,the management of service generation and the realization of the service interface.The basic data registration management is the basic support of the platform.The process of querying,accessing and registering data sources,data tables and data items in different relational databases is analyzed,and the registration algorithm and data element standardization algorithm are expounded.Data resource monitoring and management is a guarantee tool for service operation.It introduces the use of Quartz framework to realize timing task setup and operation monitoring,analyzes the application of regular expression in data quality validation rules,and explains the monitoring process.Service management scheme analysis of service request,issued and authorized service management business processes and services for the configuration and approval process,introduces the service scheme of data query,data comparison,the control program flow configuration information.The service interface is implemented based on Web Service technology,analyzes the realizing mechanism of data query,data alignment,information control interface and ESB bus service.At the end of the paper,the function test and performance test show that the content of the study meets the requirements.
