the article is mainly about the investigation on public service guarantee mechanism of preschool education in the countryside,which aimed to help the government providing a better public service for rural preschool education.Specifically,the service is a government-oriented process,fair and non-profit,through which a security system will be built,including the financial support,supervision,teaching staff and the construction of quality.In this way,rural kindergartens will be developing steadily and sustainably.Here,we mainly used three methods,namely literature searching,interviewing and case study to investigate the security mechanism of public service for preschool education in A country.So,This research will provide an empirical reference for other areas when needed.The text is mainly divided into five parts,including the introduction of"Introduction","foundation and necessity of establishment","establishment situation","operation and effect",and "review and thinking" five chapters.The first part brings the topic up,introduces the origin and significance of this topic,and provides a theoretical reference for further study by making a brief analysis on relevant literature both at home and abroad.The second part,"Basics and necessities",combs the related documents of public services related to preschool education issued by A county government from 2011 to 2013,concludes the main points in the interviews with relevant personnel,and according to the interview,we know the necessity of A County in establishing the guarantee mechanism of the public service of rural preschool education.The third part demonstrates the present public service guarantee mechanism concerning financial investment,supervision,and the quantity and quality of the teaching staff by analyzing the related documents issued between 2013 and 2017 and interview records with administrators,principals and teachers in A country's kindergarten.The fourth part“operation and its effect".This chapter is mainly through interviews with the relevant administrative personnel and the head of the township central park,understand the operation of the rural preschool education public service security mechanism,and then to think about the establishment of the security mechanism on the development of county a preschool education public service have what obvious effect.The last part is "review and thinking".This chapter mainly discusses the key points of the establishment of rural public service guarantee mechanism in preschool education based on the operation of A country's mechanism.
