With the continuous development of China’s socio-economic, young people outside theeducation system and education of young people in the whole process occupies anincreasingly important position. Especially with the rapid urbanization process forward, thecommunity-off-campus education of young people is also growing openness. Young peopleoutside education is the important part of education is an important extension of the field ofbasic education is the broad implementation of quality education establishments. Therefore,young people outside education as an important part of promoting quality education and basicway, more and more aspects of social concern and attention.In form and content, off-campus education in the off-campus education program, thefull use of spare time, various forms of primary and secondary students, rich in content,planned, purposeful, organized educational activities, seeks to help young students tobroaden their horizons, divergent thinking, the purpose is to promote the comprehensivedevelopment of healthy young people.In recent years, off-campus education has made considerable progress, the educationcontinues to improve, continue to show the significance of education, highlighting thevalue of education in the youth culture and to promote quality education in the process play amore important role. At present, China’s off-campus education is in an unprecedented periodof development, it is necessary for the development of off-campus education, history,current situation, problems, reform measures, such as the direction in the development oftheoretical study, expectations of continuing off-campus education development andscientific development of reference.This article covers the following sections, summary, introduction, first chapter,Chapter II, Chapter III, Conclusion. In the preface introduces the school promote qualityeducation in the importance of education and personnel training in the important role of thefirst chapter’s title-of-off-campus education, the characteristics and development, primarilydescribes the school of education has the characteristics, as well as the developmentprocess of China’s off-campus education and the reality of the situation, the second chapter titled problems facing the development of off-campus education, off-campus education,describes the current problems in the development of the third chapter titled-off-campuseducation, science and development strategy, the main set against the current status ofeducation in our school and problems, how to change, to promote the healthy developmentof off-campus education in science, focuses on a variety of measures and countermeasurescan be taken. Conclusion section is mainly aimed at the entire contents of this paper aresummarized, once again stressed the importance of off-campus education, off-campuseducation as an important component of China’s education part, should not be overlooked,are never optional, we should vigorously promote off-campus education new development.
