In the rural areas of nine year compulsory education, to improve the overall quality of farmers, promote the development of rural economy has important realistic significance and far-reaching historical significance. But at present our country rural compulsory education still exists some problems, the most prominent is the dropout problem,"control dropout and learn" the task is still grim. In the "two Frees and one compensation" policy background, research on China’s rural junior high school students drop out of the reasons and Countermeasures of nine year compulsory education, is conducive to the consolidation of the achievements. How to prevent and eliminate the phenomenon of dropping out of school, is a topic worthy of study, academic circles on the dropout problem research although many, but from a philosophical perspective to analyze reasons for dropping out of school, study how to effectively prevent and control the drop was not enough. Therefore, this article attempts from the Marx philosophy perspective, re-examine the reasons of dropout, rural junior middle schools in Shaanxi Province as an example, through the thorough investigation and study, summarizes its drop out on the basis of the status quo, analysis of junior high school students drop out of the causes, and finally explores the prevention and control of dropout and operable measures. This research can be divided into four parts:The introduction part. First introduced in Shaanxi Province in recent years the popularity of junior middle school stage of compulsory education of the results obtained, such as the junior high school student enrollment and graduation rates, as well as the "two Frees and one compensation" policy evolution; followed by the research origin, research content, the definition of the core concepts, research purpose, research background, research significance, literature review and research method.The first part, summarized in the "two Frees and one compensation" policy background, Shaanxi Province, Huxian junior high school dropout status of junior high school students. The school introduced the overview of the history of the development, according to the acquired data, text data and recording, summarize the general characteristics of students dropping out of school, In addition, clarifies the junior high school students drop on the rural area develops brought negative effect.The second part, the author attempts to "two avoid fill" policy background, Shaanxi Province, a Huxian junior high school students drop out of school because of reason, from inside and outside two respects undertake an analysis, external factors including family, school and society three big systems; the internal cause is the rural junior middle school students’self, to explore the real reason leads to drop.The third part, on the "two Frees and one compensation" policy under the big background, how to prevent and control the dropout phenomenon in rural junior middle school students. From the knowledge level, system level and legal level, through the family, school and society and rural junior high school students in their joint efforts, the prevention and control of dropout phenomenon, and effectively improve the consolidation rate of students in the phase of compulsory education, compulsory education stage student dropout rate.
