A Study On The Dropout Problem Of Rural Junior High School Students In Weishi County, Henan Province

In order to more comprehensively grasp the dropout situation and reasons of rural junior high school students in Weishi County,Henan Province,this paper takes some rural junior high school dropouts in Weishi County,Henan Province in recent five years as the main research object.Some of the students and teachers in Daying Central School and No.3 Junior Middle School in Shibali were selected to conduct a questionnaire survey and some of the dropouts and their parents were interviewed to obtain relevant data and collate and analyze the data.On this basis,with the classification of rural junior high school students' dropout behavior as the entry point,this paper analyzes the dropout types in Weishi county from the perspectives of poverty and non-poverty,recessive and dominant,voluntary and forced,and concludes that the dropout types of rural junior high school students in Weishi County belong to non-poverty dropout,co-existence of recessive and dominant,voluntary dropout.This paper tries to find the reasons from the perspective of government governance,system level,organization level and social ethos level and from strengthening institutional guarantee,optimizing the organization guarantee and creating a good social atmosphere to put forward the corresponding countermeasures,hoping to solve the problem of rural junior middle school students drop out of school in Weishi county,Henan province to provide the feasible solutions.
