For a country, occupation education is an important part of nationaleducation, it can not only promote the national economy and social development,while development occupation education is an important way to promoteemployment, visible, occupation education especially and functions of secondaryoccupation education in social and economic development in the more important.However, in the process of secondary occupation education towards the good trendof development, there are some problems and a series of defects, such as students ofsecondary occupation school dropout, secondary vocational school students drop outof school is a thorny problem facing current medium occupation schools. Therefore,how to reduce the students of secondary occupation school drop out rate is an urgentneed to solve practical problems, has the extremely important theory significanceand the practical significance of investigation, analysis and Research on this issue.This paper takes Wenjiang region in Chengdu City medium occupation school as anexample, investigate the status of the secondary vocational school students drop outof school, analyses the main reasons causing the students drop out of school, andputs forward effective strategies to reduce the students of secondary occupationschool dropout rate. The article is divided into five parts: the first chapter is theintroduction, in this part the author on the research background, research purpose,research significance, research status, research ideas and methods, research contentand defines the basic concept. The second chapter mainly in Wenjiang District,Chengdu City Liaoyuan occupation technical school as an example, investigated thestatus of students drop out of school, and points out the negative influence to thesocial development, dropping out of school development and personal aspectscaused by secondary occupation school students. The third chapter analyzes thecauses of dropout from school, family, society and the students themselves. Thereasons include poor school ethos, unreasonable educational system, theunreasonable curriculum arrangement, teaching method is old, the graduationcertificate issued to lax management; family including the lack of family educationand family structure is not perfect; social aspects include unhealthy practices, values, external culture; personal aspects including lack of lofty ideals, not good behaviorand habits, self-control ability, etc.. In the fourth chapter, the reason of secondaryvocational school students drop out of school, from the government, schools,families and students put forward some lower medium occupation school studentsdrop out rate of targeted measures: first, to highlight the function of government, toguide the education of healthy and sustainable development; two, improve theteaching quality of secondary vocational school education; three, to carry out familyeducation guidance, establish education mode for home and school cooperation; four,to play the main role of individual students, set up the lofty occupation ideal. Theabove discussion is based on their empirical investigation and consideration of theconclusions and recommendations, hoping to provide the theory reference for theWenjiang District secondary occupation education develops, believe that theirstudents will receive more attention in the whole society, will effectively ease thejoint efforts in many aspects.
