Andthe construction of contemporary culture and the development of cultural industryin a profound connotation, sports forms, industry development the tremendousvalue of regional culture resources and the mainstream culture, as the phasedifference between the subculture, with official traditional, mainstream culture andthe modern civilization interaction, the history and reality in the society left hismark on it, in-depth study, can not only help us to understand the history,understand our primitive civilization and traditional culture, but also can help us tounderstand the reality of society, understanding of the people living and social lifeand spiritual world, can further enrich the people’s social life and spiritual world,let people get further full, dispel the bad atmosphere.On the folk sports in northern Jiangxi Province as the research object, usingthe method of literature, on-the-spot investigation, expert interviews, logicalanalysis, system analysis and other research methods, mainly from themanagement science and the sociological angle of North Jiangxi region folkcustom sports development in northern Jiangxi Province, focuses on the maincontents and characteristics of folk sports and the culture of origin; the key pointsand brief introduction of folk sports project classification, existence anddevelopment as well as in northern Jiangxi Province People’s culturalcharacteristics; on the north of Jiangxi region folk custom sports culture, culturalconnotation and characteristics of folk sports value and its relation with otherdisciplines made thorough analysis and put forward the correspondingcountermeasures and so on.The results show that: the cultural context in northern Jiangxi folk sports is innorthern Jiangxi specific regional culture specific folk combination; in northern Jiangxi folk sports to broaden the cultural connotations; in northern Jiangxi folksports are facing a crisis of survival, need for consolidation and transformation; innorthern Jiangxi folk sports need more development platform.
