| Teachers’ job burnout is a kind of invisible of occupational injuries,not only can affect thework condition of the teachers,but also have the enormous influence of the mental health statusof the teachers.If let the job burnout spread,then this will lead to the teacher losingenthusiasm,make the psychology of job burnout further intensifies,then forms a viciouscycle.Teachers’ job burnout impact on the stability of the teachers team seriously,students’ health,teachers’ health and improving the quality of education.Concerning and researching the status ofjob burnout for teachers in vocational education schools,is the need of the development ofvocational education,and good for improving the teachers’quality,promoting construction ofteachers team in vocational education,so as to promote vocational education’s betterdevelopment. Through the investigation, this study understand the status of job burnout invocational education shcools,and interverne the vocational education shcools’ teachers who havethe higher job burnout by the Sandplay Therapy,to provide reference for preventing andmitigating the job burnout of vocational education schools’ teachers.First, revise the Oldenburg Burnout Inventory,which is made by Germany psychologistDemerout.Get the revised OLBI version has a good reliability and validity,it consists of2dimensions and14projects,the dimension of disengagement including project1,3,6,7,8,10,11,13,the dimension of exhaustion including project2,4,5,9,12,14.project2,3,4,6,8,9,11,12for reversegraded.Second,use the revised OLBI for research tools, to measure the vocational educationschools’ teachers,reveals the present situation and characteristics of job burnout in vocationaleducation schools’ teachers.The results showed that the job burnout of vocational educationschools’ teachers is in a moderate level.School type,gender,age,post,years of working are notinfluence factors to the job burnout of vocational education schools’ teachers.Educationbackground,professional title,marital status,average monthly income level are influence factorsto the job burnout of vocational education schools’ teachers. The vocational education schools’teachers whose Education background are bachelor are more likely to have job butnout. Thevocational education schools’ teachers who have professional title are more likely to haveexhaustion of physical,emotional and cognitive than the vocational education schools’ teacherswho have no professional title. The vocational education schools’ teachers whose averagemonthly income are2000-3000yuan are easier to keep a distance from the work,and have anegative degeneration of attitude to working object and working content than the vocationaleducation schools’ teachers whose average monthly income are3000-5000yuan. Finally, interverne the vocational education shcools’ teachers who have the higher jobburnout by the Sandplay Therapy,through the comparison of the higher job burnout team whichattend the intervention of Sandplay Therapy and the higher job burnout team which didn’t attendthe intervention of Sandplay Therapy,investigating the result of intervention to experimentalgroup.The results showed that Sandplay Therapy have effective intervention to teachers’ jobburnout. |
