With Society is calling for quality education, capacity-building to be gradually paidattention. And then, the problem solving skills become an important standard to measuretoday’s talent.Domestic and international educators and scholars, including R.M.Gagne,Dell.H.Schenck,Jonassen,D.H.,Zhixian.Zhong, have done research in this area.Problem-solving ability is an important standard of the demand for talent today, and themathematics emphasizes the cultivation of this ability. However, how promote the cultivationof the capacity in this area by the traditional teaching mode has been a major problem forresearchers and teachers insurmountable. Technological innovation and development ofinformation technology create conditions for the generation of new teaching model, providinga wider platform for research in this area. This paper is divided into five parts, all parts of the main contents are as follows:Part I: Introduction: This section describes the research background and researchquestions of ontology research and related areas of research profiles, finally describesresearch objectives research contents, research significance, and research methods.Part II: Theoretical Foundations: this part make an overview of this research on thetheory, includingsocial constructivism learning in social constructivism theory, Dewey’s"learn by doing" theory, higher order thinking theory.Part III: Construction study of information technology in teaching model in mathematicsof junior high school function for developing Poblem-solving ability: first analysismathematics of the junior high school for the contents of the training problem-solvingability, and summed up the junior high school math problem-solving abilitytraining activitiesof the process characteristics, under the guidance of the higher order thinking theory, to forma right-oriented problem-solving capacity-building based Instructional Design awareness anddesign principles of problem-solving capacity-building process. On this basis, this paperproposed a junior high school mathematics teaching model of information technology, toguide the problem-oriented capacity-building of the junior high school mathematics basedInstructional Design, thus emphasis on cultivating students’ problem-solving ability of theteaching activities carried out.Part IV: Instructional design cases in mathematics of junior high school function: thispart basing on previous theorety, make an analysis of students, resources, etc.,and then designteaching cases in accordance with Part III of informationized teching model.Part V: Empirical research and analysis of results in mathematics of junior high school function:In this part, cases are implementated,in this process,we record theclassroom, finally,we analysis of cases’record, implementation process and results to venify theteaching model.Part VI: Summary and Outlook: This part formates the research findings, and dofurther research outlook.
